I’ve been riding my bike from lusso.bike for a few weeks now, and it’s been "super comfortable." Even on longer rides, I’m not dealing with a sore back or stiff hands, which is a huge plus. It also feels really smooth over bumpy roads. Overall, I’m really happy with it.

I had a small issue and, i wasn’t sure how long it would take to sort out, you know how these things can sometimes drag on. But their support team got back to me quickly and fixed it fast. It was a nice surprise, and it made the whole experience feel a lot less stressful...

The bike showed up packed really well, which was a good start. I sort of expected assembly to be more of a project, but it wasn’t really, mostly just the handlebars, pedals, and seat. Took me around 35 minutes, maybe less if I hadn’t stopped to mess with the seat height a bit. Anyway, no drama, everything went together fine, and I’m happy with it.

My battery started acting up, which was frustrating, but they took care of the warranty replacement without giving me a hard time. I do wish it hadn’t happened in the first place, but the process was quicker and smoother than I expected.

Yeah, the bike showed up a bit later than I was told, which was kind of annoying. But, I mean, the packaging was fine and nothing was broken, so overall it was okay.

I bought this from lusso.bike a few weeks ago, i’m still trying to figure out what the catch is because the bike is way better than I expected for the price. It feels solid, rides really smooth, and setup wasn’t some nightmare project either. Delivery went fine too, which almost made me more suspicious because usually there’s always something, right? Other shops were charging way more for similar bikes, so either everyone else is in on some bike-price conspiracy, or I actually got a fair deal here. Either way, I’m happy with it.

I ordered my bike from lusso.bike a few weeks ago kind of on a whim, and right after buying it I was like, “Okay, I really hope this wasn’t a mistake.” But when it showed up, I was impressed right away. The frame feels sturdy, the paint looks super clean, and nothing about it feels cheap or flimsy.

I’ve been using it for daily rides since then, and it’s still riding smooth with no weird rattles or issues. I was a little nervous about ordering a bike online, but now I’m actually really happy I just went for it. Definitely better than I expected.
